Agreement

By using alpstrading.org or applying for mentorship, you agree to these terms and to the risk disclosure, which forms part of them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

What the service is

ALPS Trading offers private, one-to-one futures trading mentorship: education, review of your process, and structured feedback. It is delivered over scheduled calls and, between calls, through the community.

We do not manage money, place trades, receive trading account credentials, or share in your profits or losses.

Applications and booking

Submitting an application does not create an obligation on either side. We may decline any application, and either party may end the arrangement at any time.

Booked calls should be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice so the slot can be offered to someone else. Repeated no-shows may end access.

Your conduct

• Give accurate information in your application
• Do not record, republish or resell session material without written permission
• Do not present yourself as an ALPS mentor, employee or representative
• Do not use the community to solicit, spam, or promote unrelated services
• Do not use the site or the mentorship for anything unlawful

Intellectual property

The site, its design, written material, frameworks and teaching material are owned by ALPS Trading. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own trading. You do not get the right to redistribute, resell or teach them as your own.

No warranty

The site and the mentorship are provided as-is. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any information is complete or current, or that using the mentorship will produce any particular result.

Market data and charts shown on this site are illustrative and are not live market data. Do not trade from them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALPS Trading and its mentors are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the mentorship. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

Third-party services

The site links to and relies on third parties, including Discord for community and a form service for delivering applications. Their terms and privacy practices govern their own services.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
