What we collect, why we collect it, and how to get it deleted. Short, because we collect very little.

What we collect
When you apply or request a call
You give us your name, email address, and the answers you type: your market, experience, Discord username if you add one, preferred mentor, what is going wrong in your trading, and your availability. If you book a call we also record the mentor, date and time you chose.
We collect this so two people can read it and prepare for your call. That is the only reason.
Stored in your own browser
The site saves your theme choice and your in-progress application in your browser's local storage so the page remembers them if you come back. This never leaves your device and we cannot read it. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled, the site uses privacy-focused, cookie-free measurement that counts page views without tracking individuals, building profiles, or following you across other sites.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or share your information with advertisers
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies
- We do not ask for and never want your brokerage or prop-firm credentials
- We do not send marketing email you did not ask for
Who processes it
To run the site we rely on a small number of providers, each of whom only handles what their job requires:
- Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of the site
- Web3Forms — delivers form submissions to our inbox
- Discord — the community, if you choose to join it
- A scheduling provider — if you book a call through a calendar link
How long we keep it
Applications and call requests are kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you are not going to become a student, we do not need your data and will remove it on request.
Your rights
Email hello@alpstrading.org and ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will do it. Depending on where you live you may also have rights under the GDPR or CCPA, and we will honour those requests regardless of where you are.
Children
This site and the mentorship are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
