What we collect

When you apply or request a call

You give us your name, email address, and the answers you type: your market, experience, Discord username if you add one, what is going wrong in your trading, and your availability. When you book through Cal.com, you provide booking details such as your name, email address, selected appointment and timezone. Mentor selection is discussed during the call.

We collect this so two people can read it and prepare for your call. That is the only reason.

Stored in your own browser

The site saves only your theme choice and cookie preference in your browser's local storage so the page remembers them if you come back. Application answers and call-request details are not stored in your browser. Clearing your browser data removes the saved preferences.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled, the site uses privacy-focused, cookie-free measurement that counts page views without tracking individuals, building profiles, or following you across other sites.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or share your information with advertisers
• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies
• We do not ask for and never want your brokerage or prop-firm credentials
• We do not send marketing email you did not ask for

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party marketing pixels. There is nothing on this site that follows you to another one.

What is stored in your browser:

• Essential. Your light/dark theme choice and your answer to the cookie banner. These are kept in your browser's local storage, are never transmitted to us, and cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
• Analytics (optional, off until you allow it). Anonymous, aggregated page counts so we can tell which parts of this page are worth keeping. No profile is built, no identifier follows you between sites, and nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the site footer. Withdrawing it removes the analytics script immediately.

Who processes it

To run the site we rely on a small number of providers, each of whom only handles what their job requires:

• Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of the site
• Web3Forms — delivers form submissions to our inbox
• Discord — the community, if you choose to join it
• Cal.com — booking availability, calendar invitations and booking emails when you schedule your introductory call
• Resend — delivers application notifications and confirmation emails when the direct email service is enabled.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — verifies form submissions to limit automated abuse when the direct email service is enabled.

How long we keep it

Applications and call requests are kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you are not going to become a student, we do not need your data and will remove it on request.

Your rights

Email hello@alpstrading.org and ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will do it. Depending on where you live you may also have rights under the GDPR or CCPA, and we will honour those requests regardless of where you are.

Children

This site and the mentorship are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
